This Muscat with a bright yellow coat is marked by a beautiful mineral nose, expressing the beautiful evolution of Muscat d’Alsace. The palate is light and fresh, with mineral and aniseed notes, and a developed aromatic register that persists in the finish. This Muscat comes from a High Environmental Value (HVE) farm.
