Marc d’Alsace de Gewurztraminer

The grapes, after having released their juice under the effect of pressing, become “Marc”.

The marcs of our great Gewurztraminer wines are fermented in an airtight place and then distilled at the end of the winter to obtain the eau de vie called “Marc de Gewurztraminer”.

Our Marc de Gewurztraminer is a very concentrated eau de vie, with a powerful and unique nose, which conquers the palate for a long time.

The aromas abound, reminiscent of currants, juniper, cumin and pepper. They are unique and exceptional.
