Noble rotted wine consists of selecting grains affected by “noble rot”. The beautiful colour of intense gold, the nose reveals fruity aromas, quinces and pears. The mouth, ample, expresses itself on these same aromas, enhanced by a touch of vanilla, and continues in a long and slightly spicy finish.
